Bring your dog trick-or-treating along Columbus Avenue, where the blocks from 68th to 77th Street open to people and shops along the way hand out treats. There's a stage at 73rd Street, photo ops, and adoptable dogs from Animal Lighthouse Rescue between 74th and 75th. It's free, and treat bags are free at Camp Canine and The Pet Market while they last.
